As a member of VNTC sales team, I am responsible for marketing our products to the Japanese market while conducting sales activities in Korea.
While the basic sales capabilities are crucial to succeed in foreign businesses, cultural understanding of those foreign countries is equally essential. I studied Japanese and became accustomed to Japanese culture while studying and working in Japan. I also worked as sales manager at Japanese companies for many years. Based on my accumulated experience, I now serve at VNTC to manage Japanese market.
The development of Spinamic began with the concerns of the clinicians as well as the patients and their families. Spinamic is the fruit of the time and effort that VNTC put in over the years to ease the pain of the scoliosis patients. There may be many forms of social contribution a company can provide. But the fact that a single step taken at VNTC directly improves the lives of patients was the biggest reason that inspired me to join VNTC.
I try to stay keen to the needs of medical staffs and patients to provide them with the most optimized scoliosis correction device in the world. I hope young patients suffering from scoliosis can overcome the disease without having to go through surgeries.
